Preparation of the bilocation of France :

As was written for Spain:

To achieve "unity of Consciousness" we must develop and unify male

and female polarities:

1) At the physical level between the two halves of the brain

2) With a unified mind (male and female). Thus our mind is gradually

brought to a higher frequency of energetic vibration than the physical. We

are currently uniting our male and female minds to bring them to a higher

spiritual level. This is symbolized by two equilateral pyramids whose bases

unite in the brain.

We will do the same for France because the largeness of this country

allows it. To find these points on the map of France, we place the trunk of

a person in profile.

It was pointed out to me that the nose must face the Atlantic Ocean and

that the center of France was around Nevers, where the bases of the two

pyramids meet. I was also made to understand that the profile should not

be right on the map, rather leaning. See below.

Chakra 7 was found in England, Mount Saint-Michael in Cornwall in the

south-west of England.

We will now draw a horizontal line from Nevers to find the location of

Chakra 6 on the Atlantic Ocean which brought us to La Rochelle.

The same horizontal line was drawn from La Rochelle, passing through the

middle (Nevers), towards the east of France. We arrived at the city of

Fribourg as the largest city near the French border. The two points behind

the ears were then to be found on the left and on the right of Fribourg.

The cities transmitted were Strasbourg (near the German border) on one side

of this line and Zurich (in Switzerland) on the other side of this line. It could

have been Basel or Bern, but it became Zurich.

Continuing the vertical line down, starting from Saint Michaels Mount,

passing through Mont Saint-Michel in Normandy, the city of Genoa (Italy)

arose for the heart. It could have been Monaco or Menton, but it became

Genoa.

Few words concerning France: Even if it is the country known as the

country of the "Human Rights":

• The Male and female polarities are not unified!

• And the integration of different cultures and religions is very

"problematic" these days for many French citizens.

For example, in France, the French women have slowly acquired the same

rights as men, this gain has been extremely slow and recent. These few

historical dates (bellow) illustrate the long march of women towards

equality.

It began in 1791 with the publication of the Declaration of the Rights of

Women and the Citizen: "Women are born free and remain equal to men

in rights".

1836: Mandatory primary education for girls.

1938: Women can enroll in university without permission from their

husbands.

1944 right to vote.

1972 For equal work = Equal pay for men and women (law reinforced in

2006). It was not until 1983 - to recognize professional equality between

women and men.

2000: The equal access of women and men to electoral mandates and to

elective functions is guaranteed by law.

Etc.

So in France, the country of; Freedom ; Equality; Fraternity (Ref.

Declaration of the Rights of Man and the Citizen of 1789). Women had to fight for

equality with men.

Now it is time to inject true gender equality in the Universal sense and to

unite and unify people even the French beyond borders. As we have been

doing since the start of our bilocation’s with other countries.

BILOCATION MEETING POINTS :

1 – First meeting point : St Michael's Mount in Cornwall South-Ouest of

England – Chakra 7.

St Michael's Mount is a rocky island located in Mount's Bay in Cornwall,

near Marazion, which can only be accessed at low tide. Smaller, on the

other hand, than Mont-Saint-Michel in Normandy, which rises to 157

meters above sea level, the English site barely reaches 60 meters. Last

common point, on each site, there is an abbey.

A legend tells that in 495 fishermen saw the Archangel Michael on a

granite rock emerging from the sea on this rock in Cornwall. Thus the

island became a place of pilgrimage and it is reported that a Celtic

monastery would have developed on the rock in the 8th-11th century.

Around 1150 Father Bernard (a monk), who built the Mont-Saint-Michel in

Normandy, also built the abbey of St Michael's Mount, hence the

architectural similarity of the two buildings.

An esoteric belief wants that Saint Michael Mount is located on a telluric

axis which would connect: the Saint-Michel Mountains in Europe, starting

from the

1) old monastery dedicated to Saint Michel,

2) on the island Sceilig Mhichíl/Skellig Michael in South Ireland,

3) while passing by Mont Saint-Michel in France,

4) Monte Gargano in Italian Apulia,

5) the island of Delos in Greece,

6) and up to Lydia in Greece.

2- Second meeting point: La Rochelle - Chakra 6,

Originally this small fishing village became an important harbor in the

12th century. La Rochelle will ally with England (turning its back on the

King of France) and it will open up to the English and Northern European

markets, which were in high demand for regional wines and salt from the

marshes salt on the coast. Then La Rochelle became a Protestant city in

1568.

Nowadays, La Rochelle is a city where people from everywhere meet. It’s

a busy city around its harbor.

We will gather around the city of La Rochelle.

3 - Third meeting point: Strasbourg- - Back point - Right Ear.

Strasbourg Capital of the historical region of Alsace, the city is bordered

by the river Rhine and borders with Germany to which it is close.

Strasbourg claims the title of "European capital" alongside Brussels and

Luxembourg. The city is home to multiple European institutions, including

the European Parliament. Strasbourg has also become the symbol of

Franco-German reconciliation and more generally of European

construction.

In Strasbourg, the European Parliament is the parliamentary body of the

European Union (EU). He is elected by direct universal suffrage. It shares

with the Council of the European Union the legislative power of the

European Union. This parliament influences the lives of millions of

European citizens through the decisions and laws passed.

4 - Fourth meeting point : Zurich (in Switzerland) - Back point - Left

Ear.

Zurich, a world center for the banking and financial sectors (as Geneva and

Lugano), the city is located at the north end of Lake Zurich, in the north of

5 - Fifth meeting point : Genoa -Italy,- The heart

Genoa is one of the main Italian harbors and one of the largest harbor

around the Mediterranean Sea. Genoa has been a place where populations

have been mixed for millennia, It is a place of ethnic and social melting

pot without equivalent in Italy (apart from Naples).

It was the birthplace of Christopher Columbus (1451) and was once an

important republic that began in the early 12th century. In the 13th

century, it became an important power which retained its autonomy until

1797.

The lanterna: it is a lighthouse, which is the symbol of Genoa and which

was rebuilt in 1543, rises on a rock 40m high. Its culminates at 117m

above sea level. It is the highest lighthouse in Italy, and in the

Mediterranean and the fifth tallest lighthouse in the world. Like the

lighthouse of Alexandria in the time of Jesus. This lighthouse guides

sailors.

Wivine : comments on our bilocation’s in Europe.

Jacques had mentioned an esoteric belief, in particular,

that Saint Michael Mount is located on a telluric axis which would connect

all the Saint-Michel mountains of Europe,

1) starting from the old monastery dedicated to Saint Michael, on the

island Sceilig Mhichíl / Skellig Michael in Ireland (South of Ireland),

2) passing by Saint Michael’s Mount in Cornwall - England

3) Mont Saint-Michel in France - Normandy,

These three "Mounts" were linked during this bilocation of France.

4) Monte Gargano - Monte Sant ’Angelo not far from Foggia: was

made during a subsequent bilocation of northern Italy.

5) Lydia (Phillipi) in Greece (= Island of Tamos opposite Kavala).

6) The island of Delos in Greece.

The two locations in Greece were done during the Greece bilocation on

January 5, 2020 by three Dutch groups.

A large-scale purification operation was carried out all over Europe.

We had to divide into two large groups which I coordinated. A large group

climbed from left to top (Spain - France - Italy, Switzerland, Germany)

and the other climbed from right to top (Greece, Bulgaria, Serbia,

Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Romania, Hungary,

Austria) when you are facing the European map.

There were two reasons why we worked this way:

- due to the speed at which we had to act. If I can organize a bilocation

with the multilingual and international group, the Dutch groups could

organize two because they speak one language. I still have to translate

everything into French and English and that takes time.

- The second important reason was to wedge "the dark ones" in a vice by

taking them by speed to prevent them to flee elsewhere.

As the “dark ones” were found ‘en masse’ on the “ex-Yugoslavia” side, we

had to cut their way first by going upwards from Greece and at the same

time cut their way by going up from Spain, France, Switzerland and

Germany.

This required submitting to the commandments of the Melchizedeks who

decided what the next move was according to the evolution of the

movements of the "dark ones" after each bilocation. Something that only

the Melchizedeks could see and know. This means that after each

bilocation in a region or country the Melchizedeks reviewed their positions.

All these operations would have been useless if each group had done their

own thing in their own corner according to their free time. Someone had

to receive Melchizedeks instructions after each bilocation to coordinate all

the teams and ensure that the fast pace was kept.

It worked for a while. Until the covid-19 pandemic appeared with its

confinement or lockdown.

No problem, the Melchizedeks asked me in March 2020 to stop delegating

the bilocation’s, to immediately take control of the operations and go for it

as we had to go around the world in a minimum of time to block this virus

and its dire consequences. In addition, we had to complete the final

touches to the “golden dress” that would cover Urantia to allow what

will come.

It was then, at the beginning of this period, that two small groups from

Holland informed me of their decision to separate to follow their own path

with their own guidance.

The Melchizedeks always know everything well in advance. There was

nothing to worry about, no question of slowing down, or whining, and

certainly not trying to keep them.

There are no good or bad paths. There are only paths and we are all free

to choose. These people will certainly keep their faculties and make good

use of them. I am sure of it.

A few months earlier the Tontons Melchizedek had sent me 5 people from

France (4 French and a Swiss living in France) who wanted to receive the

“activation” and participate in this work, despite being told before "stop",

no more others. They were ready at the right time.

This is how the workforce of Holland who works with me has been reduced

by 5 people and that of France increased by 5 people. The workforce of

those in other countries and continents remained stable.

Report of the experiences of the participants in the France

bilocation.

I quickly left for ‘Saint Michaels Mount’ in Cornwall. The only thing I can

remember is that I suddenly saw the color red, a very large circle of red.

And suddenly, this red was covered with a white blanket. I have never

seen the color red in a meditation. Magenta, purple with orange, yellow

but never red.

At one point, my left cheek became very hot until my head as well as the

region of chakra 5. My cheek became so hot that I thought it was burning

and I even wanted to open my eyes. Then it stopped suddenly. It was a

very heavy bilocation.

I have no memories. I'm terribly tired and I think I'm going to take a nap.

The only special thing I experienced for the first time was that my head

suddenly tilted completely to the right and stopped like. I wasn’t able to

straighten it. Then my head straightened and it started to lean completely

to the left. The same thing happened on that side. I asked what was going

on and it seemed to have something to do with the synchronization of the

two halves of the brain.

Tonight's bilocation kept me busy all day and tired me. Just before the

start, I had a strong itch on my head. After reading the prayer, I again

carefully absorbed the gathering places. Sometimes a very violent ch7 and

ch6, which often gave me the impression of having a headache. Also

pressure on my head and activity between my eyebrows. My ears often

felt like they had some pressure. Especially my left ear. I think this

bilocation cost me energy. I saw nothing and I am grateful to have been

able to participate.

After the prayer, I went to the first place and immediately felt a heavy

stab in the upper left arm. It didn’t feel like I was away long, but the

meditation was still 58 minutes. My upper body and arms were incredibly

heavy as if I were pressed against the bed. Other than that I didn't feel or

experience anything. I was incredibly hot and after meditation everything

seemed very heavy as if we had accomplished a difficult task.

After the prayer, I was "sucked" to the islet of Cornwall. I saw France,

part of Spain and the United Kingdom on a map. The countries were white

and all kinds of red lines crossed them. I felt like floating above the island

and we all looked up. I saw a beautiful scene. A hole appeared in the dark

clouds, the clouds were lit by a pink light and then by a white light.

A great figure came down majestically with a "suite". I guess it was Jesus

(Wivine: I rather suspect that it is Gabriel of Salvington given the red-pink colors

mentioned everywhere), but in a different, more majestic form. After that, I

felt restless for a long time and couldn't remember any place or anything

else. However, I felt great pressure on my head (c7), also activity in

several places on my head. The pressure on my temples was new. This

pressure built up and after a while I felt like I had another eye between

my eyes through which I could look.

I saw nothing, there was nothing at all, just black and silence (no

thoughts and no light). It took a few seconds at most. I woke up after 40

minutes. I was terribly cold. I felt that the bilocation was not over and I

closed my eyes again. After that, I got very hot and I felt activity on C7

and C6 again. I was so tired that I wanted to sleep. Still now I shiver and

am very tired. Glad we were able to participate.

Win. : 50min.

St Michaëls mount: Things have happened there that have hurt many

people. A dark creature emerged from the buildings and the rock and was

irradiated by a large group of people and other beings. A column of light

was placed above the monastery. The light radiated to other Saint-Michael

Mounts.

La Rochelle: no memories.

Strasbourg: This is where the European Parliament is located and this

bilocation will therefore affect the functioning of the European Union.

There are forces in the building which do not really represent unity and

which are trying to create discord. These forces have been intensely

irradiated.

Zürich: The financial world is far too focused on self-interest and profit,

and does not work for the public interest. Here too, energy has been

radiated. Not all dark beings have dissolved. Some have shrunk.

Genoa: no memories.

I opened my eyes after 50min and I needed some time before I felt I was

back in this world.

Er.: 52min

Taken over at the last moment by unforeseen personal matters, I did not

approach this bilocation in the best conditions. I still managed to free

myself just in time to join the bilocation.

Shortly after arriving at St Michael's Mount in England, where there were

already people, I seemed to perceive the arrival of many celestial beings

who came down from the sky for the continuation of the operations, then

nothing. I left in deep meditation from where I came back without any

other memories.

I went back to study the places and after the preparation I always do

before a bilocation (prayer, etc.), I went into meditation. I fell and

returned several times of deep meditation, until finally I fell into a very

deep meditation (sleep) until the end of my bilocation. I have no

memories.

Alej.: 40 min

I went into that state that feels like sleeping, after I prayed and presented

myself to service. I don’t remember much. I wasn’t in my best shape.

Hours before I came from a trip. I have to prepare better, Fathers

business comes first.

I was impatient to do this bilocation for my country and before the hour I

felt a little activity on my CH7.

Departure for St Michael’s Mount.

I did not feel any particular sensation. I imagined that we were creating a

Light Anchor. Then imagined that a bridge of Light was created between

St Michael’s Mount in Cornwall and Mont St Michel in Normandy.

Then departure for La Rochelle, a little sensation on chakra 6, again

creating a Light Anchor all together.

Then Strasbourg around the European Parliament, there strongest

sensation on CH7. Then a Light Anchor was created.

Finally Genoa -la Lanterna- creation of the last Light Anchor which will

illuminate the Mediterranean and the cities bordering it. Linking all

peoples to each other regardless of their culture and religion.

Arrival at St. Michael's Mount. I don't remember anything because I went

into deep meditation. All of a sudden I woke up thinking "where am I!" ". I

was aware that I was still in the bilocation.

Afterwards, I fell back into deep meditation of which I have no memories.

I woke up after an hour and more, but my eyes remained glued together.

I was very tired at the end but it gradually disappeared.

Rod.: 1h21mn. I don’t remember anything. I woke up a little after 58

minutes and during the bilocation I felt unstable. "

Nad.: 45 mins. "I didn't notice anything."

Nir.: 24 mins.

I didn't see anything but I had my chakras 7, 6, and 4 very active. And

my whole body was heavy.

Fréd.: 49min It looked like my head was surrounded by a headband. "

I went to "Saint-Michaels Mount" in Cornwall (UK). Everyone was ready

there with the Archangels and other Angels. As I don’t know all their

Orders and I cannot distinguish them, I call them the Angels of Gabriel.

Archangel Michael stood above Saint Michaels Mount in Cornwall -

another Archangel stood above Mount Skellig of Ireland and

another above Mont Saint Michel in Normandy.

There were people and other creatures around each Mount or rock.

A Light anchor was placed at the same time above each rock or islet and

when this was done, the three Archangels jumped into their Light anchor.

When they returned, they were each standing above their Light anchor. I

was waiting. Where will the devils come out with all their darkness?

First a dark cloud of dust came out of the Middle Mount, the one of

Cornwall. We were ordered to radiate energy, each with their own

method. Nothing came out of the other two mount’s. It was as if they

were all pushed towards Cornwall from below.

Then one came out, chained, he struggled fiercely, but couldn’t do

anything; then a second, a third and many others followed. Several were

brought to the Netherlands in the building of the Celestial Court of Justice.

We had to constantly radiate Energy and Love, sometimes together,

sometimes separately. Some of these demons or fallen angels, to give

them a name, were taken elsewhere, I don't know where. They were

mainly men, but there were also women among them.

They kept coming up and I asked where they came from?

Answer: from all coasts of this region - Ireland - United Kingdom - France.

They were detained there by Archangel Michael until the time of their trial.

The representation of Archangel Michael who stands above the devil with

his lance is a symbol of it. He secured them underground so that they

could no longer move above earth or go elsewhere, like the morontia

worlds or other inhabited planets.

This does not mean that they could no longer exercise influence in the

regions where they were trapped or could not move underground. Hence

the symbolic chains they had around them when they were captured.

It took forever for this darkness to clear up everywhere in this

environment. Then suddenly I saw a clear red liquid coming out of the

Cornwall rock. Just like a volcano can let lava flow through its opening.

Red, carmine red - never seen. I was ordered to send love which I did.

The red disappeared and became white, then the white was intertwined

with pink lines. This has changed several times.

Everything lasted until I was ordered to leave for the city of La Rochelle.

The angels wanted me or us out of their way to continue their work.

Above La Rochelle, everything was already dark, I sent a lot of energy.

Then departure for Strasbourg. At the beginning, I stood above the

European Parliament, but I also had to irradiate the whole city. Again such

darkness.

I looked up and saw only darkness.

I asked if we would not create beautiful bright buildings?

The answer was: no, this is a major cleaning operation. When a Creator

Son has received full power over his Kingdom or his local universe

(Nebadon), then everything that cannot be spiritualized must disappear

and all those who rebelled must be judged. This is happening now. These

things have been prepared for a long time. It shouldn't surprise you.

No, but after waiting 40 years, of which I have worked 20 years diligently

to help solve this problem, it comes as a surprise. I thought I would never

experience it in my life.

Then it was Zurich's turn, the same thick dark mist and finally Genoa.

I don’t remember that a Light anchor was placed in all these cities. But

that doesn't mean it didn't happen. They may have already been created

before my arrival. I stayed in Cornwall for a long time.

Then suddenly I was in the dark. I felt something in my brain, like a click.

Panic, my God Fragment was gone. How should I continue to send Energy

now?

Answer: "do it with your own powers"!

With my own powers? Is it possible? I felt like an orphan. Then I irradiated

as I always do, and all lights went out. I went in a deep meditation of

which I have no memory and which lasted a long time.

My comments to the participants of this bilocation.

What I told here is what I experienced, seen from my point of view. I

haven't seen everything. I know that each of you has worked hard, each

with their abilities. I read it in your reports. I know not everyone keeps

memories.

Which, by the way, is absolutely irrelevant to our soul growth, nor to the

use and growth of our faculties.

There are many people in the world who see things and receive messages.

These people are unable to do what you can and they are not interested in

it.

It is to have these capacities, to help with the “cleaning” and

reconstruction that you came to see me. To work on this topic and grow

together.

A dozen years ago, the Melchizedeks told me that I was not allowed to

take care of your spiritual education. That I should give way to them and

to your indwelling ”Little God”. I did it as good and bad as possible.

It is not obvious when the inner vase is too full, not to pour something left

or right.

Our web messages are aimed at a large audience, are aimed at people

who are looking for a path to follow. It gives them hope. They now know

that heavenly help is there, that Celestials are close to us, humans and

that the God of Love lives in them and not elsewhere.

These messages are intended for the transition period and will not

continue because 10 to 20 years from now they will be outdated.

People will increase their ability to contact their indwelling, personal

guidance. As a result, they will no longer need spiritual guides, preachers,

evangelists, priests, channelers, prophets and holy books.

God wants direct contact. The Melchizedeks want to educate

everyone directly in their schools.

Our life here is the best school for working on oneself.

Then, on the Morontia worlds, it's more difficult, it takes more time. It’s

not the same experience.

The rules are the same for everyone.

The person who is directly taught by God will, at a certain moment, no

longer be able to transmit his/her divine wisdom in words because there is

no human vocabulary to express them. Nothing to compare it to.

One day you will experience it, like others before you.

This person can only bring his/her wisdom into his/her life and live it. At

most, show the way when asked.

One day you will not even dare to spray others with your freshly acquired

knowledge, always limited, out of respect for the work of the indwelling

“little God” of the other.

You will learn to let your "little God" speak through you without

intervening with your "big self".

You have all cooperated in putting in place the spiritual and morontia

structures necessary for this purpose which have been implemented in

recent years.

The general public, your families don’t know this, cannot even understand

it. They might even declare you mad or crazy.

God knows it, all Celestials know it.

I know your efforts and your courage and I thank you from the bottom of

my heart for being there with all your tenacity and solitude.
