FERPA is a Federal law that applies to educational agencies and institutions that receive funding under a program administered by the US Department of Education. The statute is found at 20 U.S.C. $1232g and the Department’s regulations are found at 34 CFR Part 99.

myTRCC Nelnet Payment Plan Financial Aid Scholarships Student RefundsAll student refunds will be processed once aid package is
completed with all paperwork received. Aid will pay for balance prior to refunds being awarded.
Nelnet ($25 enrollment fee per semester if funds are withdrawn)▪ Option #1 – Pending Aid 2 payments (Nov/Dec)▪ Grants/Loans/Institutional Scholarships▪ Any remaining balance taken out in one payment after
