What to do with burdens

Galatians 6:5 For each one shall bear his own load.

Bear your own burdens● There are many things that you must do● No one else (or group) can ________ for you.

– Believe, Repent, be Baptized– Live the Christian life

● No one can keep the commands of God for you – even if others don't

● If every other person is lost – you go to heaven● Don't allow others to keep you from heaven

Galatians 6:2 Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.

Bear one another's burdens● Some are yours alone● Others are social, community, church, family● In context – a brother falls away (v.1)● Who does NOT have burdens?

– Elders, deacons, teachers– Parents, school teachers– Workers, retired– Health, finances, personal issues
