Are you responsible for the murder of Mr. Joe Hart? the doctor hissed softly into James right

ear. No, James confided without a doubt of hesitation. After a moment, the screen on the lie

detector machine revealed: Positive. The doctor then removed the clippers panels attached to

all parts of his body. Thank you for cooperating with us, you may leave now, he intimated.

My pleasure, Joe replied with a smile on his face as he slowly walked away.

Night had darkened all the fronts of the houses along the street until they appeared to be

almost black. There was a man, hiding like a wild animal, with his heart full of hatred against this

world. The very air seemed to quiver as if a deep note had been sounded. Joe was aware, to an

almost painful degree, of the darkness surrounding him. Yet, he was unaware of his impending

doom.

Alone in the dark streets, scattered with small trees that had been bent and twisted by the

wind, Joe suddenly heard a cracking sound of a twig, someone was following him. He

immediately turned his head back; however nothing was to be seen. It must be my

imagination, Joe gave out a laugh, but this did nothing to relieve his anxiety, his glistening

bronze flesh was growing pale and his pliant body was crumbling. Without further ado, he

fastened his pace, trying to return to his house as quickly as possible.

As he walked pass a garden, unaware of a pre-setup trap hidden amongst the fallen leaves on

the moist ground due to the immense darkness, Joe fell into a deep pit hole, giving out a terrible

shout which burst out the silence of the night. After his fall, Joe was severely injured; he could

no longer feel his limbs. In dazed horror, Joe dithered in fear while perspiration immediately

exuded from his skin in a marvelous manner under the sense of great fear. Despite of his

constant struggling, he was unable to escape by his feeble efforts. Help me! Joe quavered in a

low moaning voice due to the pain of his body, there was no one around at such unearthly hour.

Suddenly, Joe heard a weak sound coming from far. Slowly, he realized that someone was

approaching towards him. There came the unrestrained patter of footsteps and Joe was feeling

even scared.

Its payback time, these words eventually turned Joes blood into ice. Joe recognized the voice,

in fact no one could be more assure than he do. He gazed upwards in utter disbelief from the pit

hole. James McGee, he exclaimed.

Why did you kill my father!? James roared ferociously, he drew his gun from his pocket at the

next instant, pointing it towards Joe.

Seeing a gun pointed directly in his face, Joe replied with a staggering voice: Both of us clearly

know that your father committed suicide because his company was bankrupt, your father and I

are best friends, how could I

Lies! Lies! All lies! My father is a great man and you are the one who was jealous of his

success! James thundered, You are the one who killed him! I am going to kill you now to

avenge my father!

Stop living in denial, James. Stop lying to yourself, Im definitely sure that you are aware that

your father committed suicide, its just you could not accept the reality, I tried to help him, but...before Joe could finish his words, James aimed Joes head using his gun and spluttered: Stop

lying to me you murderer! James agitation was so great he could hardly control himself

anymore. Finally, he pulled the trigger and the bullet shot through Joes brain.

I did the right thing, this guy killed my father, this guy killed my father, James again lied to

himself.
