What Laws Are Valid Today ? So what about the Ten Commandments today? They are simply the best rules to ensure maxi-mum freedoms for individuals in any society at any time in history. They are not the ten sugges-tions and there are ten, not nine. Churches across the world teach that God’s laws were abolished, nailed to the cross and they are no longer required to be kept under the New Testa-ment. Well such people would be pretty useless to Gideon in the Book of Judges, Chapter Six. Yes Jesus did fulfil the ceremonial laws with his ultimate sacrifice, so what about the Ten Com-mandments today? Firstly Jesus states in John 14:15: If ye love me keep my commandments. And in Luke 6:46 he asks: Why do you call me Lord and do not the things which I say? The Ten Commandments from the Old Testament

are found all through the New Testament

1st Commandment . Exodus 20.2 I am the LORD thy God, which have brought thee

out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. 3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me. John 4.24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. Matt 22.37 Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like unto it, sThou shalt love thy

neighbour as thyself. 40 On these two commandments hang tall the law and the prophets . 2nd Commandment Ex 20.4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth 5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniq-uity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth

generation of them that hate me; 6 And show-ing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments The Catholic Church deleted this one and then cut the 10th commandment in half to keep it still ten. Why? There is a lot of money made selling statues. Rev 21:8 Idolaters and liars shall have their

part in the lake of fire, the second death.

3rd Commandment Ex 20.7 You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain. Matt 12.36 Every idle word that you speak you must give account

thereof in the day of judgement.

4th Commandment Remember the Sabbath

Day to keep it holy. Six days shall you labour and do all your work but the seventh day is the Sabbath. You shall not do any work on the seventh day which is the Sabbath. The Church also changed the Sabbath to Sunday, the first day of the week. See the

Catholic Encyclopaedia Vol 4

Page 153, confirms changing the 4th Commandment. The Church, after changing the day of rest from the Sabbath of the 7th day of the week Ie Satur-day, to the first day, Sunday, as

the day to be kept holy as the Lord’s day. Isaiah 66.23 says ... For as the new heavens and the new earth from one Sabbath to another shall all flesh

come to worship before Me.

5th Commandment Exodus 20.12 Honour your father and your mother that your days may be long on the earth. Matt 15.4 Honour your father and mother. Children ,

obey your parents,

6th Commandment Exodus 20.13 You shall not commit murder . Romans 13.9 You shall not murder. You shall not commit adultery.You shall not steal. You shall not bear false

witness.

7th Commandment Exodus 20.14 You shall not commit adultery. Mark 10. 11-12 Whosoever

divorces his wife and then m a r r i e s another, he c o m m i t s adultery against her and if a woman divorces her hus-

band and marries another, she commits adultery.

Also in Luke 16.18

8th Commandment “You shall not steal. Ephes 4.28 Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labor, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needs .

Usury is the practice of charging and receiving interest. It is theft. Today all money is created into existence as a debt. Anyone, a bank or an individual who charges or receives interest is

breaking the 8th Commandment.

Only nature can produce an increase. Money cannot increase. Deut 23.19 You shall not charge interest to your brother. Eph 4.28 Let him that stole, steal no more but rather let him labour. 9th Commandment

Exodus 20.16 You shall not bear false witness against your neigh-bour. Matt 12.36 Every idle word that you speak you shall give account thereof in the day of judge-

ment 37 for by your words you will be justified and by

your words you will be condemned

10th Commandment Exodus 20.16 You shall not covet your neighbour’s wife, his house, nor anything that is your

neighbours. In other words – private property. First Timothy 6:10 tells us that: “The love

of money is the root of all evil.

Yes all Ten Commandments remain current and essential for today’s societies. Jesus stated in Matt 5:17: ‘Til heaven

and earth pass not a single word shall pass from the law until all be fulfilled. Well, all is not yet fulfilled and the ten will remain in effect

right through to Revelation 14:12: Here is the patience of the saints. Here are they that keep the Commandments of God and the faith of Jesus. In Revelation 22:14: Blessed are they that do his Commandments that they may have right to the tree

of life and may enter in through the gates into the city.

Under Commandment 8: You shall not steal … Let him that stole, steal no more but rather let him labour. A proven thief must pay back double what he stole. If the thief will not, or cannot repay, then he must work for the victim enough to pay the

debt. This is where our police come in as peace officers to make sure it’s done. It used to be the Police Service but today it is the

Police Force. Yet very few police know that they are employees of a private abn corporation whose main purpose is revenue. New police sincerely take an oath like this: “I [name] swear by almighty God that I will well and truly serve our Sovereign Lady Queen Elizabeth II and her heirs and succes-

sors according to law while I shall continue to be a member of the Queensland Police Service – regulation 1990. I will do the best of

my skill and knowledge according to law so help me God.” Hmm...which laws? The Sovereign Lady is a fictitious thing with no authority. Her correct title is Her Most Excellent Majesty. Police officers are not told the truth about the Crown Corporations who would have us believe

they are state and local governments. They are not. They are abn private companies. Our founding fathers were wise. They did not allow local councils to be any part of government in our constitution. Why? Well firstly, who owns a town or city? Obviously the residents, the families who live there, they employ

someone to look after their city, maintain the roads, deliver clean water without rat poison or other chemicals. The council is also employed to trim the trees, provide sewerage, power and other essentials. The local council may well be an employed contractor or even a private corporation to do all these things but it is never

any contractor’s right to dream up new rules and impose them on the owners of the city or town without prior agreement. The local council is nothing more than a contracted employee. How dare they demand powers greater than the people who own the town! Yet for hundreds of years our founding fathers observed how local dictators take over a town, so they deliberately excluded local

council’s from ever being any part of government.

Since 1900 local councils have attempted to gain power over us three times. Their latest attempt was answered with a resounding ‘no’ by a majority of people in a majority of states in the Australian referendum of 1988. They have no rights to make any laws or

bylaws over us … period.

Here’s a letter from Attorney General Robert McClelland, MP, dated 8th July

2010:

“Dear Mr Thompson, I refer to your

letter received on 10 June 2010

regarding the 1988 referendum. In

1988 four proposals to amend the Constitution were put

to voters in accordance with section 128 of the Constitu-

tion. One of those proposals sought to give constitution-

al recognition to local government but the proposal was

not carried. The Constitution does not currently recog-

nise local government. Any change to the Constitution to

recognise local government would need to be approved

by voters at a referendum. The government will continue

to explore reform including constitutional recognition to

facilitate co-operation with local government.

No doubt they’ll be trying to find ways to get around it.

Here are just a few more words of advice from God in Hebrews 13:17: Obey your leaders and submit to their authority. They keep watch over you as men who must

give an account. Obey them so that their work will be a joy not a burden for

that would be of no advantage to you.

The leaders are the elders of the Church, not the politicians and certainly not the private corporations. Then in

Acts 5:29 Peter and other apostles were being threatened with jail for disobeying man made laws. They stated boldly: “We ought to obey God rather than men.” Hmm...God also advises us in Jeremiah 50, verse 2: “Declare ye among the nations and publish and set up a standard publish and conceal not.” In other words, expose evil. This is the duty of everyone and especially Pastors to inform their congre-gations of any abuses of our Constitution. Church leaders are responsible to reveal any criminal offence since they

are a minister who has taken the oath of allegiance.

The Magna Carta is one of the most magnificent man made documents which also summarises God’s laws, it is part of our law today and it’s words are enshrined in the

monument in Canberra, the most famous verse being: “No free man shall be taken indeed imprisoned, either dispossessed, or outlawed, or exiled, or in manner destroyed...except by means of the legal judgement of his own equals indeed the

law of the land.” in other words Common Law .

Now what about corrupt judges and magis-trates? The principle of unanimity was under-stood and definitely and constitutionally estab-lished by King Alfred the Great in the following way: A judge, Cadwine, had a man named Hackwy put to death by hanging without the full verdict of the jury of 12. In that case, three jurors pronounced the Not Guilty Verdict. The judge, Cadwine, removed these three and selected three others who would pronounce

the Guilty Verdict. King Alfred had that judge hanged. Also King Alfred had a judge Frebern hanged because that judge hanged a man called Harpin when the jurors were still in doubt as to their verdict. Alfred established that when there is a doubt it is in the interests of all people, that

justice should save rather than condemn.

The Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act, 1901, was hammered out by wise men for over 800 years. It’s really rules for the government to uphold and protect our Human Rights. They are elected to be the servant, not the masters. Clause 5 states: “This Act and all laws made by the parliament of the Commonwealth under the Constitution note the key words here, Under the Constitution, shall be binding on the courts, judges and peo-ple of every state and of every part of the Com-monwealth notwithstanding anything in the laws of any state.” As you can see, we’re bound only by laws made by the Parliament of the Commonwealth under the Constitution, with the correct seal, not the counterfeit seal on many Acts today and unless we are an employ-ee or contracted with them we are not bound under the rules of any private corporation nor

their counterfeit courts.

Today there are people in these private corpo-rations without any morals except their own and having little or no regard for the Constitution. They sit in air-conditioned offices dreaming up new laws and legislation all designed to justify

their existence and especially to raise revenue.

Even judges and magistrates are now employees of private corporations. A legitimate judge must be appointed by the legitimate governor or the legitimate governor general, no one else and certainly not by any private corporation staff. Here is God’s conditional promise to us in 2nd Chronicles 7:14:

If my people who I call by my name shall hum-ble themselves and pray and seek my faith and turn from their wicked ways then will I hear from them and will forgive their sin and will

heal their land.

Once upon a time - there was a community wanting to build a r o a d . Questions were asked - why ? to use up the local gravel ? . to give us something to do ? . No A road makes life easier, that's all. Do we have materials = yes Do we know how = yes . We engage 100 men to wear hob nailed boots and walk up and down to compact the new road surface - ok so work begins. Shock + horror, someone invents a steam roller , so what are we gonna do ? It takes 3 men to operate a steam roller , so what on earth do we do with the 97 men now out of work ?

Aha - we must have a Dept of Steam Roller Inspection. It will need a plush air-con office + photocopier + fax + email

+ office furniture + tea ladies + vehicles + etc + etc + etc Also, we must have various grades of Steam Roller Inspec-tors. Inspectors for the exhaust pipe + Inspectors for the right

wheel + Inspectors for the left wheel + Inspectors for the front wheel + Inspectors for the fuel quality + Inspectors for the sun shade + Inspectors for the hours worked + speed inspectors in case they drive at 5 kph instead of 4 kph + inspectors to make sure the drivers don't have a time of prayer before they start work + bla + bla .

Then we need lots of legalese staff who must do a course learning how to spend their days dreaming up ways to fine and penalise the Steam Roller opera-tors, even with threats of jail for disobeying their dreamed up ru les. (Those ru les are

"statutes", not laws)

How many Steam Roller Inspectors do we have today ?

out how many others are making

and true Peace Officers, but how many really of them

produce anything, or a service which we really want ?

Now you may $ee why council$, police (policy officer$) and a myriad of Govt Dept$ have little real intere$t in your "crime" - it'$ all about their $alaries and job$. They have

No doubt even pastors will understand the above parable and expose the evils to their flocks of 100s of 1000s of people in just one Church service Australia wide. There was a professor in a college that had some exchange students in the class. One day, the professor noticed one young man, an exchange student, who kept rubbing his back and stretching as if his back hurt. The professor asked the young man what was the matter. The student told him he had been shot while fighting communists in his native country who were trying to overthrow his country's government and install a new communist regime.In the midst of his story, he looked at the professor and asked a strange question. He asked: "Do you know how to catch

wild pigs?" The professor thought it was a joke and asked for the punch line. The young man replied "You catch wild pigs by finding a suitable place in the woods and putting corn on the ground. The pigs find it and begin to come every day to eat the free corn. When they are used to coming every day, you put a fence down one side of the place where they are used to coming. When they get used to the fence, they begin to eat the corn again and you put up another side of the fence. They get used to that and start to eat again. You continue until you have all four sides of

the fence up with a gate in the last side. The pigs, which are used to the free corn, start to come through the gate to eat that free corn again. You then slam the gate and catch the whole herd. Suddenly the wild pigs have lost their freedom. Suddenly the wild pigs have lost their freedom. They run around and around inside the fence,

but they are caught. So they go back to eating the free corn. They became so used to it that they have forgotten how to forage in the woods for themselves, so they accept their captivity, just as the Israelite slaves did in Egypt".

The young man then told the professor that is exactly what he sees happening in Australia, Canada, USA. Today, we are under Roman law. The government (the ever growing number of steam roller inspectors) keeps pushing us toward Communism/Socialism and keeps spreading the free corn out in the form of numerous programs such as supplemental tax credit for unearned income, tax exemptions, subsidies, welfare entitlements, free medicine, drugs, etc, while we continually lose our freedoms, just a little at a time. And when the government slams the gate shut – many will be squealing, but too late. Suddenly, tyranny and martial law overnight ... but it really took about 40 years, you just didn’t bother to do anything about it? Remember: There is no such thing as a free lunch. Governments do not provide anything, they can only steal from the producers and give it to the non produc-ers.
