Lots of people are commenting, liking, reviewing, friending and sharing ...and even more are listening
Reputation management was the first stage that businesses went through when they realized that what customers said about them online was affecting revenues either positively or negatively. They started to google themselves to see and respond to online testimonials. But reputation management is like chasing the train after it has already left the station!
Reputation marketing is like conducting that train. Reputation marketing is a combination of reputation management and branding. By taking action to stimulate reviews for your business, you can influence your reputation for the positive!
Reputation Marketing
● Create a strategic plan for where you want to focus your reviews and recommendations.
● Best way to get reviews is to give reviews.
● If you ask, prioritize where you send them.
● Explain why it would help you.
● Always reward them! We often send personalized DD cards.
Principle of Abundance
Abundance means for us that there is more than enough to go around.When we practice that there is enough… business, time, fun, we leave out the feelings of scarcity and create abundance.
There is no such thing as competition. Someone chooses you because you best fit them. You do not beat someone out of a listing…You do not lose out to them.You simply did not fit. Find your fit in your branding!
