I just had to write. You have the best magazine ever. I look forward to every article and I enjoy the advertisements as well. And finally, a gun magazine that has revolver articles. Your magazine makes this old guy happy. Thank you.
~ Charlie T
The coordination between the positive reviews from gun writers and the ad itself, along with the popularity of FMG's periodicals — American Handgunner, in particular — make for an advertising dollar well spent. We ask all purchasers where they heard of our sight system and get about a 40% response. Many state either American Handgunner and/or the writer of a particular article.
~ Richard, ATS
I've been meaning to write you for several weeks, but haven't had time until now. I retired from my day job on January 4. I had some orders for pushers carried over from the holidays, and it took a few days to get caught up on those. By that time, American Handgunner had hit the mailboxes. My phone has not stopped ringing yet. Ten units was an average week, 15 a good week and 20 a record week. During a two week period in January, I shipped 100 units! I had to hire part time help to get this accomplished. Orders have come from as near as the Birmingham area, and as far as Australia and Sweden.

When the edition featuring our target stands was published, our website traffic spiked to nearly twice the number of visitors versus the prior month's count. Not only did we see a large increase in website visitors, but a larger percentage of those visitors purchased a stand.
I just took an order from a gentleman who keeps all of his magazines and happened to notice us after flipping through it again, a full four months after publication. That doesn't happen with online ads!
~ Travis Freeman, Forester Target Stands
After reading your current issue of American Handgunner, I have figured out why I so enjoy it — it’s the equivalent of two magazines in one. A great multi-faceted gun magazine, specific to my personal infatuation - handguns. It’s also the equivalent of a gun products catalog. After reading the magazine from cover to cover, I start again and go through the magazine just looking at the ads. Keep up the good work.
~ Hal Hansen
I have read GUNS and American Handgunner so long the writers are like old friends. Each month I look forward to hearing from y'all.
