Regulatory Concern Cases – currently 7 cases where
judgement is non “standard”.
5 RSLs have increased judgements and 2 are in the
Intervention category. 3 of those have non standard
judgements for financial viability.

What we’ve been asked to do
Provide expert governance support services to the Welsh Government social housing regulation team…
This will involve working collaboratively with Welsh Government to:
• Further develop the regulatory approach to assessing governance
• Enhance the skills and knowledge of the regulation team
• Ensure regulatory responses are as effective as possible and drive improvement
