Attitude?A KSA is a detailed list of the qualifications, i.e., the Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities, that a person needs to perform a specific job.

The Ability is the use of their Knowledge and Skills to perform to set standards in workplace various situations.

This is based on a person’s values, beliefs and experiences over their lifetime. Development over time, not training, can have a positive affect on attitudes.
