InnMaster is a cloud-based database solution specifically designed to help hospitality managers maintain key business controls.

It consists of three software modules designed to help you work smarter and more efficiently!

The modules can work completely independently of each other, but as an integrated package they function as a full management suite to give you ultimate control of a business operation and finances.

You don’t need to change your Accountant or replace your tills. We’ll work with you to integrate InnMaster into your existing procedures and practices, to help you get a better view of your business operation.

What Is InnMaster?

WebBooks is a simple tool that allows you to forecast revenue, set your expenditure budgets, record daily end-of-day figures and balance your tills.

You can record your invoice and receipt information, track your VAT liability and manage your paid and unpaid bills.

At the end of the week you can export a summary PDF of the business income, expenditure and staff hours then email it to your Accountant.

The data will also export to Xero or Sage-ready CSV journal download which negates the need for re-keying the information.

WebBooks was designed as a basic tool that will help a business owner or venue manager record their financial information and control expenditure.

WebBooks is also suitable for Accountants to use as a way to collect client information. They can use it to help clients budget their expenditure based on expected sales trends, giving them greater control of costs and payroll.

Who is it designed for?

WebManager is an advanced version of our WebBooks module and includes additional reports and tools for creating rotas, costing menus and dishes, tracking allergen information and calculating viability of events.

Set budgets and income targets then track your performance with a Shadow P&L. Cost your menus or cocktails, summarise the allergen triggers in dishes and check the viability of planned events.

WebManager also includes electronic purchasing tools which will allow you to generate purchase orders online that are sent to suppliers via email. You can then track non-delivered items and verify invoices.

WebManager was designed for business owners and managers who prefer to have a stricter control of the finances and operation.

Consultants, Business Development Managers or Area Managers can use WebManager to work collaboratively with venue managers to help and guide them towards better business controls.

Who is it designed for?

WebStock was designed by Licensed Trade Stocktakers and will allow you to carry out your own in-house Stocktaking exercise to produce professional level food and liquor stock reports.

Reports will show individual product gross profits and a calculate a stock surplus or deficit figure. You can compare consumption against registered till sales if a CSV export of PLU sales can be produced from your EPOS system.

WebStock supports 114 different currency codes, variable tax rates and the reports can show either Gross Profit or Cost of Sale figures depending on your preference.
