What is an Amplifier…?
An Amplifier is a device which takes small voltage at the input, amplifies it and produce higher voltage at the output.
The gain of an amplifier can be referred as the amount by which the signal get amplified.
OPERATIONAL AMPLIFIERS
High gain DC amplifier.Gain being the order of 100,000 of more.Supplied as an integrated circuit on si chip.
