Canned Reports Layout Changes

• Adding parameter summary• Aligning header to the left• Preventing extra columns (and some rows)• Standardizing font/size• Various other changes• Adding totals• One report put each source on a separate page

Renaming the Canned Reports

• Letter/# categorization• Standardized terms- “count/list, monthly”• More understandable

• Can see which reports are nearly identical

• “Books by Quality by Month” → “C-004 Monthly Count of Books by Quality”• “Books Published by Month Detail” → “C-007 List of Books Published

by Month”• “Books Published by Month Total” → “C-008 Count of Books

Customized Reports Cleanup

• Understanding the fields• Categorized- C,D,M• Won’t get confused by D-State vs. M-State
