• Business never stands still and consultancy is no different to other businesses in that we need to change according to client trends.

• One trend is the increase in need for getting answers for just that one question or having feedback on one document.

• This hardly warrants a formal meeting. Most consultants put clients on retainers to cover such contacts.

• I think there is a better way!
