12 credit hours in order to be eligible for counseling. As a student who takes 10 credit hours, I was seriously distressed and felt like I had nowhere to turn to. Finally, they saw me on a one-time, crisis basis.”

•“Allow students who were enrolled in the spring and fall semesters to utilize the counseling services in the summer if need be.”
