“SigmaSift”, Vacuum Rated Vibro Sifters, effectively grade and separate materials up to two mesh decks. With its
out-of-balance weights fitted, its vibratory motor has been specifically designed to operate like a flywheel which
transmits power into the screening area more effectively to achieve more efficient screening.
SigmaSift’s Features:
Sifter with Vacuum Rated Design & it can be used for manual loading as well as Inline Sifting Process with the
help of Pneumatic Conveying System.
Basic design of SigmaSift is a Vacuum Rated Model.
The main structure is of radial type and on castor wheel for ease of movement.

Description “SigmaGran” is based on high shear granulation technology that comprises of a versatile and modular design.
SigmaGran systems are available in sizes from laboratory-scale to production-scale, with process options that best
suit to user requirement. The Basic machine module of high shear mixer granulator consists of Four Impeller Blade,
Four Chopper Blades, Mixing Bowl and Controls. SigmaGran is available with all options for dry mixing and high
shear granulation like Jacket for process temperature control, mixing blade & chopper blade options, Binder and
liquid charging system, user friendly control system and wash in place systems.
Process Description
“SigmaGran” ensures to fulfil the common needs of consistent processing, ease of operation and cleaning. The
mixing bowl is therefore designed in a way to wet granulate a wide range of products in a reproducible manner in
respect to its batch size, density and flow characteristics. It ensures a consistent product vortex and reduces any
tendency of the product towards the side wall of the bowl. The product yields are improved with the positioning of
mixer blades close to the bowl base.

Four Blade Impeller The Four blade impeller design is devised for better dry mixing of powder with best mixing characteristics and faster
processing. It is in full length, with tangent mounting, for better mixing of dry powder and floating of material. The
half radial short blades are useful for better tumbling of powder.
Wet Sizing Mill (At Discharge as Optional)
Wet sizing Mill is used for wet sizing, at the wet material discharge port. The mill is manufactured from stainless steel
316 with variable frequency AC drive to achieve better and synchronized wet granulation. This option can be ordered
only with the machine and this can be integrated at a later stage for flame-proof & non flame proof applications. This
option is only possible after confirmation of the Room and container height, and the user needs to select the VFD at

Double Skin AHU (Part of Machine)
Part A:
The unit will be double skin having 24 G GI panels in Pre filter section,
Heating Zone, De-Humidification zone, Micro Vee filter section at the supply
side.
The unit will be of doubled skin construction having aluminum section frame
work out duly powder coated and 50 mm thick “PUF” insulated panel having
GI inner sheet and powder coated GI sheet for the CHW Coil section and
heating coil section at supply air side with Thermal break and coving section.
Exhaust Air Handling Unit (Part of Machine)
Exhaust Air Handling System consisting of suitably designed High Performance Blower
& Non FLP Motor connected to Variable Frequency Drive. High efficient blower helps

Efficient Blending Process
A homogenous product blending is ensured through scientific design of the blending shell design and the
container geometry. The blender shells are available in various geometries like Octagonal, Double Cone, V
Shell, Pillar Hoist and Cage Blenders depending upon the User Requirement specifications.
The batch working capacities range from 2.5 to 10000 Litre based total batch volume. Each blender design
is customized to suit the customer’s specific requirements. For improved blend uniformity, special designs
incorporating internal deflector cones, and angle of repose of shell bodies are available upon request.

RMG Loading Via Inline Sifting
SSPM’s Conveying System will connect with Vacuum Rated Sifter & RMG and suck the material from
Bag/Drum or container and charge the material directly in to RMG via Inline Sifting. On the other hand,
the convey receiver will be kept in process area near to RMG and vacuum source is in service area. The
operating panel will be near to conveying system.

Blender Loading with Inline Milling
SSPM’s Conveying System will connect with Vacuum Rated Mill & blender and suck the material from
FBD container and charge the material directly in to blender via Inline Milling. On the other hand convey
receiver will be placed in process area near to blender and vacuum source is in service area. Operating
panel is placed near to the conveying system.

Pneumatic Conveying Systems (For Tablet Press Loading)
Description : This system is placed over hopper of tablet press. In double rotary
tablet press the 02 nos. conveying hopper will be placed separately.
Both the hoppers will control with common control panel and vacuum
source.
The material will suck from drum/IPC or Bin and load both the hoppers individually, while both the
conveying system has the sensors so any of the machine hoppers it will stop automatically when it is full.

The system is kept over hopper of Blister Pack Machine. The operating panel is
kept near to conveying system and Vacuum source is in a service area.
The material will be sucked from drum/IPC or Bin and loaded into the hoppers; the

Description The Tablet De duster is an upward travelling and De dusting system. De dusting is achieved through vibration,
compressed air and vacuum dust extraction.
The tablets are pushed up along a stainless steel tray by adjustable vibration to shake off the dust.
The dust is blown by compressed air through a central dust collector. The vibration is easily adjustable using a
Vibration Controller. All parts coming in contact with products are made of stainless steel 316.
SigmaDe’s Features:
Efficient De dusting with elevating motion in bottom to top motion suitable for high speed tablet machine.
Dual motor drive from bottom with vacuum suction pot for collection of dust.
Acrylic guard for process visualization.
Tablet outlet speed will be of 26 to 35 second from top to bottom and finally it depends up on shape size and
weight of tablet.
All the contact parts are made of Stainless Steel SS 316 & Non contact parts SS 304.
De Duster works on the principle of Rotary vibratory action.
Single Phase UN Balance Vibro-motor for better vibration amplitude.
Variable Frequency Drive based operating panel on the machine for ease of operation.
Very low electrical power consumption & low noise level.
No moving component, hence almost maintenance free.

Spray Gun Assembly
“Spraying System USA” make spray nozzle with Anti Breading
type design. The spray assembly is equipped with top entry
design. The spray arm is manually operated for in & out of Pan.
At outer condition, the spray arm assembly is tilting through
pneumatically operated design. The Spray arm is having a
facility to adjust the Gun
Solution Tank
Castor mount solution tank is for ease of movement. The tangential discharge of solution
is for spraying from bottom of tank. The manually operated ball valve is at the centre of
tank for cleaning. The direct motor drive is for impeller and control through variable
frequency drive. The anchor type impeller is at maximum level of tank for mixing of
minimum solution. 25 % open able type top cover for process visualization. The jacketed
tank can be provided for sugar coating application at an additional cost. Separate liquid
line will be carried out from the bottom of tank for each gun. Returned excess liquid line
is provided in spray arm assembly which will discharge the excess liquid in to tank
through returned liquid line.

Peristaltic Pump
Trolley mount pump will be provided.
“ Ravel” Make Multi head pump will be provided.

Micro setting of spray rate can be change through pump head with help of spring
loaded setting assembly
Double Skin AHU (Part of Machine) The unit will be double skin having 24 G GI panels in Pre filter section, Heating
Zone, De-Humidification zone, Micro Vee filter, HEPA Filter section at the
supply side.
The unit will be of doubled skin construction having aluminum section frame
work out duly powder coated and 50 mm thick “PUF” insulated panel having GI
inner sheet and powder coated GI sheet for the CHW Coil section and heating
coil section at supply air side with Thermal break and coving section.
Exhaust Air Handling Unit (Part of Machine)
Exhaust Air Handling System consisting of suitably designed High Performance Blower &
FLP Motor connected to Variable Frequency Drive. All motors are equipped with VFDs and
controlled by PID loop in PLC and hence fully automatic. No manual adjustment is required by
operator. High efficient blower helps in fast drying, thus helping in constant and higher spray
rates and speed process, without any spray drying.
