1. MOP vide letter No. 3/4/2014-0M dated 24.12.2014 (copy enclosed),has informed that keeping in view of the request of Government ofMadhya Pradesh the following allocation has been cancelled:

i. 285 MW power from surrendered share of Delhi from BadarpurTPS.

ii. 63.27 MW from surrendered share of Himachal Pradesh fromvarious Hydro Power stations.

iii. 99 MW power from first unit of Barh, STPS(Stage- II)

2. The revised allocation as intimated by NRPC vide letter dated24.12.2014 is also enclosed herewith. It is also understood that ERPChas revised the allocation vide their letter dated 24.12.2014(Copy withERLDC).

3. The above allocations would be effective in accordance with NRPCandERPCletter.

4. WRLDC is requested to do the necessary coordination with NRLDCandERLDCfor needful.

5. The beneficiaries are required to maintain LC commensurate with theallocated power.

4. All beneficiaries are required to sign/extend PPA and enter into commercial arrangments/maintain LC

2. In view of the above, the entire output of Badarpur TPS now stands allocated to Delhi. Further, MoPvide letter no 3/4/2014-OM dated 24.12.2014 has informed the decision to re-allocate 90.18* MW ofsurrendered firm share of Govt of Himachal Pradesh from various Hydro Power Stations to Haryanafrom Chamera III-7.76 MW, Parbati-III-17.5 MW, Tehri -28 MW, Koldem-26.88* MW and to Uttarakhandfrom Koteshwar-10.04 MW.
