As we have not done a preliminary feasibility study, we have not determined whether any of our properties contains a mineral reserve. Before we can evaluate whether any mineral reserve exists on any of our properties, we will be required to spend substantial funds on further drilling and engineering studies. There is a risk that none of our properties contains a mineral reserve.
