NOTICE is hereby given that the Harvey Road Boardproposes to borrow the sum of Three hundred pounds.The loan will be repayable in ten years.

A Debenture for £300 will be issued, bearing interestat the rate of Six pounds per centum per annum, witha sinking fund of Thirty pounds per annum.
