- We are a small business (around 50

employees and under £10million turnover )

Not a multinational or in the FTSE 100.

tourism market in a highly competitive market.

- The days of running a large railway set on

enthusiasm alone have gone.

- Need to run as a business with appropriate

skills and facilities in all that we do.
