Accessing the WesleyLife
Computer Network
Username & Initial Password
WesleyLife user name is the user’s first initial of first name plus full last
name (no spaces)
Example:
Judy Bonnstetter = jbonnstetter
Initial password is: Wesley123
(If the username is already taken, a user’s middle initial will be added.)
Password Rules
Must be 8 characters or more in length
Must contain at least one numeric value
Must include one capital letter
Must be changed every 90 days
Cannot contain any part of your name
May contain a special character
Password Recommendations
Use a phrase, e.g., “My favorite
birthday cake is German chocolate
cake” becomes mfbc1Gcc
Do not use any personal information
including username, birthdate,
family, pet name, company name, or
geographic location when creating a password
Do not use any of the following: dictionary words, slang or
jargon, words spelled backwards, or foreign languages when
creating a password
Treat your password as confidential information. Never share your
password with anyone.

What is my WesleyLife email address?
WesleyLife email addresses are the user’s first initial of first name plus
full last name (no spaces) @wesleylife.org. (If the username is already
taken, a user’s middle initial will be added.)
Example: Judy Bonnstetter = [email protected]
What is my WesleyLife email user name & password?
The email user name is usually the same as the network login on pg 2.
Example:
Judy Bonnstetter = jbonnstetter
Your WesleyLife email password will be the same as your WesleyLife
network password.
If you have not logged into the WesleyLife network, your initial
password is Wesley123
Use Outlook Web Access
Outlook web access will allow you to access your
email while at work or at home.
Open a browser-Internet Explorer , Google Chrome
Type: https://webmail.wesleylife.org in the address bar of the
browser
Enter WesleyLife your user name and password
Click ‘Sign in’ button
Note: Email can also be accessed on a mobile device
browser using Outlook Web Access

WesleyLife U Online Training Relias Learning is the brand name of the Learning Management
System, which houses the training courses WesleyLife team members
are required to complete as well as elective courses. (The terms Relias
Learning or Relias are frequently used in reference to the WesleyLife U
training courses.)
Assignments MUST be completed within 30- days.
Assignment completion report will be reviewed at your 30-day evaluation.
Accessing While at a WesleyLife Community
The WesleyLife homepage provides a link
to WesleyLife U courses.
Option 1: Use the link to open in the default
browser. If link opens in Internet Explorer,
copy & paste the address into Google
Chrome.
Option 2: Open Google Chrome and type
http://wesleylife.training.reliaslearning.com
into the address bar.

Accessing Offsite
WesleyLife U courses can be accessed from any location with internet
access or with a mobile device using a browser or the mobile app.
WesleyLife Training URL Type the following url into Google Chrome or Safari.

User name: WL + Last 4 Digits of Social Security Number + Birthday
(mmdd)
Password: 12345
(Example: Jane Doe’s Social Security Number is 4321 and birthday is
January 1. Jane’s user name is WL43210101 and her password is

Relias Mobile App
Relias Mobile App is available for Android or iOS (Apple).
Download & install the Relias app on mobile device
Open the Relias app
Follow login steps
User name: WL + Last 4 Digits of Social Security Number + Birthday
(mmdd)
Password: 12345
Organization ID: 5132 (if needed)
RELIAS MOBILE APP – THINGS TO NOTE:
Select ‘My Learning’ for course listing.
Some courses are not available via the app.
The courses will launch in a browser not in the app.
The pop-up blocker will need to be disabled or click ‘Launch
Course’ button.
App provides notifications and alerts.

WesleyU Troubleshooting
Password needs be reset.
Contact your community’s People & Culture representative
Include your name and Relias User ID
(WL + last 4 digits of SSN + Birth Month & Date)
Receiving an error message, issues loading the video, or video
playback issues.
Use Google Chrome to access Wesley U courses
Clear the browser’s cache & cookies
Contact Relias Support if the issue persists

Click on Relias Connect (must be logged into Relias)
WesleyLife owned computer does not have Google Chrome installed.

Pop-Up Blockers
Courses will launch in a new window. You must turn off pop-up blockers
or allow pop-ups. See steps below.
1. Click the Pop-up blocker icon in the address bar.
2. Select the radio button to “Always allow pop-ups from…”
3. Click ‘Done’.

Help Desk After Hours Support
Help Desk Phone: 515-271-6876
Help Desk hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. M-F. Outside of these
regular hours, routine issues can be reported to the Help Desk and a
response will be provided during normal business hours. If an issue falls
into one of the following After Hours support areas, a response will be
provided on a 24x7 basis:
Large scale service interruptions that affect multiple people.
Problems affecting critical WesleyLife related business.
Prior to calling the After Hours Help Desk, you will need to consult
with your supervisor, unless you are at a Director level or higher,
to confirm that your issue falls into one of these areas.
After Hours Emergency Service Process
A call is placed to the Help Desk number (515-271-6876) and
you will receive the automated message below:
“You have reached the After Hours Information Solutions support line. When
leaving a message please be sure to leave your name, phone number, location
and a description of the issue you are experiencing. If you are experiencing a
large scale service interruption affecting multiple people, or there is an issue
affecting critical WesleyLife business, please press 1 to speak to an on-call IS
team member. Press 2 to leave a message to be returned during normal
business hours of 7:30AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday.”
If you Press 1: You will be transferred directly to the on-call
team member who will immediately assist you with your
emergency request.
If you Press 2: You will be transferred to the Help Desk
voicemail, which will not be reviewed until business hours the
next business day.
