Werner Karl Heisenberg was born on December 5, 1901 & died on February 1, 1976.
Heisenberg was born in Würzburg, Germany to Dr. August Heisenberg and Annie Heisenberg.
He was the second son of the the married couple.

Heisenberg went to the University of Munich in the fall of 1920.
After three years of college, Heisenberg received his doctorate from the University of Munich in 1923.
Heisenberg’s professor, Arnold Sommerfield recognized his talent and admitted him to an advanced seminar.

The Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle states that it is fundamentally impossible to know precisely both the velocity and position of a particle at the same time.
The principle also means that it is impossible to assign fixed paths for electrons as in Bohr’s model of circular orbits.
