wemove2zero will add value to citizens life by
• enhancing eco-mobility, eco-mobility supports citizens’ quality of life, increases travel choices,and promotes social cohesion;
• socially inclusive, and environmentally friendly transport options, including and integratingwalking, cycling, public transport and other climate and people-friendly innovative modes oftransport;
• enabling citizens and organizations to access goods, services, and information in a sustainablemanner;

1. Citizen Engagement by considering the citizens as the core of the mobility system and developpersonalized solutions adapted to their needs based on needs, culture, age and gender.
2. Innovation Projects by creating a European network to foster the development andimplementation of pioneer smart mobility products and services. As well as developinginnovative solutions to engage citizens in the design and use of the sustainable mobilityproducts and services.
3. Business Creation by fostering the economy in the field of Smart Mobility. Supporting highpotential product and services to reach the market and the appropriate stakeholders. Developdedicated business plans.
4. Entrepreneurial Education by offering high quality educational programs to train the nextgeneration on sustainable mobility and empower their entrepreneurial skills.

2. Role of the Hub
Functions of Hub: One Stop Shop run by eseia in cooperation with CLCs
Societal• Create Open European Citizens Forum for Urban Mobility;• Create European Academy for Entrepreneurs;• Design and agree on implementation strategies;• Identify knowledge transfer opportunities;• Design strategic partnerships for global impact (Africa, Asia, Latin America);• Corporate identity and communication.

5. Three Models for Cooperation
wemove2zero offers three models of cooperation for 240 actors from urban regions, Businesses,HEIs, ROs, and Civil society:
1. Ownership: max. 50 members of the consortium
At Hub level
• Investments in cash: from € 700,000 total (€ 100,000 per year); AND• Contribution of project volumes from € 2 Mio. per year; AND• In kind contributions, such as infrastructure, services, data, IP, human resources; AND• Results from previous projects to be exploited by wemove2zero.
At CLC level
• Investments in cash: from € 245,000 total (€ 35,000 per year); AND• Contribution of project volumes from € 500,000 per year; AND• In kind contributions, such as infrastructure, services, IP, human resources; AND• Results from previous projects to be exploited by wemove2zero.

2. Partnership cooperation at Hub/ CLC level: min. 70 co-funding partners – project related

5. Benefits of the wemove2zero activities
For the urban regions
• Will be part of data collection and can decide together with the wemove2zero team whichdata are important for the next generation of their urban development;
• Pollution data, traffic holdup data, movement data for termination traffic, delivery servicedata, will be available afterwards based on real time release measurements;
• All relevant data can be used and integrated in a kind of software system, such as the HORAsystem.
Having a perfect system in place to fulfil the national and also the EU laws and provide aliveable city for your citizens and visitors.
For the civil society
• Their behavior will directly influence the urban mobility in the future and they will be a partof the urban development system;
• Software solutions provided by the public sector and also mobile software solutions for thecommunity, specialised for different groups will support the daily live and influence the urbandevelopment and will create a better environment.
There will be a direct feedback loop between citizens and daily life for mobility in the cities, regions and districts!

For the business sector
Automotive and Railway Development and Transport Sector• Have the possibility to get all the real time release data (24/7/365) from the public sector to
create their next generation of vehicles, transportation systems for urban mobility based onthe needs of the community;
• Their autonomus software systems can be connected with the new live cycle softwareapproaches coming from the wemove2zero consortium and can end up in holistic interactivesoftware solutions.
Their autonomus software can interact in real time release with the live cycle softwaresolutions from the public sector, and therefore the community has a huge benefit.
Software and Logistic Sector• Have the possibility to create new software concepts for live cycle software solutions based
on the different data made available by the cities;• Pollution data, traffic holdup data, movement data for termination traffic, delivery service
data, can end up in holistic control strategy software solutions combined with real timerelease measurements.
They can provide software applications for control strategy solutions for cities, regions, publicinstitutions, and also for the community as mobile solutions customised for their specialneeds.

For HEIs and ROs
• It would be the first time, that the public sector, the software and logistics sector, and theautomotive and railway development, and the transport sector will work on an holisticapproach for urban mobility together with the universities;
• The HEIs and ROs can link different institutes to provide a perfect academic environment forall the involved partners to ensure a visionary and handleable approach for the nextgeneration of urban mobility.
Let‘s be one of the front-running university for urban mobility.

6. Request for Letter of Commitment
In case of success your company agrees:
1. to become a strategic partner of wemove2zero;2. to dedicate funding of min. € 100,000 per year for seven years;3. to involve a project volume of min € 2 Mio. per year for seven years4. to support to engage large players from the automotive sectors;5. to contribute in kind by sharing data, infrastructure, and know-how;6. to help engage the public by facilitating the use of company media channels;
