Chinese green tea ceremony | We will start with a gentle peeling, where we use green tea and salt that adds

minerals, antioxidants and vitamins to the skin.

While the salt in the peeling removes dead skin cells, blood circulation is

stimulated, and impurities are removed. The green tea increases the skin’s

elasticity and reduce age signs.

Result: You get a fresh, well-groomed and healthy look.

We will serve you a cup of delicious green tea, while you get a gentle massage

on hands and feet.

African ritual | Your body will be scrubbed with a special glove, then massaged with a nice

soap made of Bornholm goat milk. Finally you will be wrapped with African

clay mixed with exotic spices.

The clay helps to soak impurities and reduce fat while the spices improve

your skin . The skin becomes silky, and will glow with vitality.

detox de luxe | A pampering of body and soul, where you get a gentle peeling with algae

and Espom salt, which leaves the skin soft, well-groomed and with a renewed

glow. We will serve you a ginger / cucumber shot, which is pure detox!

Then you will have a gentle and tight massage that gives a deep relaxation,

and afterwards a visit in the infrared sauna will help to remove impurities

and toxins from the body while burning fat.

As you relax in the sauna you can enjoy a smoothie that supplies you with

vitamins and minerals.

Japanese Zen ceremony | Experience a gentle peeling with algae and volcanic clay. Algae helps protect

the skin. Algae has antibacterial properties and a special anti-aging effect.

In addition, they act as detoxifying agents for the body.

After peeling, you get Shiatsu, which is based on Japanese medicine tradition.

The treatment is done with gentle and firm pressure with hands and thumbs

and some stretches. Shiatsu can help to give your body harmony and balance
