seem simplistic, is in fact the reverse and has taken countless hours of research and thinking outside the square.

While many manufacturers labour endlessly to design the perfect tonearm bearing, we simply eliminate it!

Our unique tone arm features a fully internally damped aluminium tube and a precision made golf ball suspended in silicone fluid for perfect damping.

Our acrylic platter spins in a Zero Clearance bearing rather like a round peg in a square hole, coupled with our unrivalled .004 polyester thread belt

ensuring vanishingly low wow and flutter figures; in fact the lowest we have ever measured.

DPS POWER SUPPLY LTD TONEARM

The DPS features high quality components throughout to completely eradicate spurious noise for truly silent analog playback. Along with the dedicated output for Well Tempered turntables (Amadeus, Simplex & Versalex variants) the DPS also features a pair of additional 12V outputs for running other audiophile components such as phono stages.

A highly refined version of the Well Tempered Lab tonearm.

Features built-in cueing device, mechanical damping adjustment and single pillar installation. Can be fitted to other manufacturers turntables.

VERSALEX

A multi-layer “Baltic” plywood plinth finished with a walnut veneer top surface. Baltic plywood is dimensionally stable and has a very natural resonance that also results in a natural “EQ” which is excellent for our purpose.

AMADEUS AMADEUS GTA

The first in our current line of turntables, the Amadeus features a black lacquered dual layer MDF plinth, acrylic platter and innovative Well Tempered “golf ball” tonearm.

The Amadeus GTA is constructed with a two pieced damped aluminium/acrylic sandwich base of exactly the same dimensions as the Amadeus with a substantial weight of 16.5kg.
