She has been meditating since 1996 and has completed over 300 hours in mindfulness training through the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care and Society at UMASS where she is also a candidate for MBSR teacher certification. Susie brings optimism, laughter and compassion to her workshops. She specializes in teaching mindfulness to healthcare professionals, cultivating wellbeing and preventing overwork and burnout.
