All our flats have 360 virtual tours and videos, viewable on our website. If you like what you see online, book in a time with one of our hosts to see the flat in person to confirm that all-important choice. Bring your ID and you can make an o�er to rent with your Host right there and then!

Each of you who are renting submit an application online with your ID, proof of income, and references. Once cleared, sign the rental contract online. 1 week’s worth of rent holding deposit is required to secure the flat while your o�er and application is given priority.

Once we have inspected and agreed the condition of the flat with you in writing, and your upfront rental payment has cleared, simply move in!
