Michelle Smith, Realtor with Reece and Nichols, firmly believes in the old adage of two eyes are better

than one. By developing The Michelle Smith Team the goal of providing superior services to homebuyers and sellers has been met and exceeded through four pairs of expert eyes.

Michelle, along with Karen Cragg, Janice Cunha and Lisa Lewis have enhanced their role as Realtors to benefit their clients in the areas of marketing, transaction coordination, feedback and follow-up as they truly embrace the team concept. Wanting to service every need for their clients, the team also offers cleaning services and staging for those want-ing to sell their homes.

Cragg, with a background in finance and banking offers expert advice on short sales and foreclosures.

Recently joining the team, Janice Cunha has been a Realtor for seven years and offers the team an extensive background in cus-tomer service and relations.

For the past six years, Lisa Lewis has suc-cessfully built her real estate career through her passion for assisting homebuyers and sellers. Lisa, who is also an EMT, brings another level of cus-tomer service to the team.
