Millbrook Resort sits just to the North West of Queenstown. Just two minutes drive from historic Arrowtown and 20 minutes drive to Queenstown, Millbrook is a great base for your conference or event.
Millbrook Resort offers airport transfers at a special group rate, please contact us for pricing. Shuttles must be booked 24 hours in advance. Millbrook Resort can arrange airport transfers for groups and individuals. Group transfers to Queenstown, Arrowtown and other regional locations can be arranged. Charges will apply.
BY AIRQueenstown International Airport has direct, daily domestic and international Australian flights with Air New Zealand, Qantas and Jetstar.
Daily domestic connections from New Zealand’s main centres: Auckland (90 minutes), Wellington (90 minutes) and Christchurch (50 minutes).
Direct daily flights from Australia’s East Coast: Sydney (2.5hours), Melbourne (3hours) and Brisbane (3hours).
Direct flights from Perth to Christchurch also available. Following a runway and airfield lighting upgrade in March 2016, Queenstown Airport now receives night

Constructed with natural materials of wood and stone, the Clubhouse has a warm and elegant atmosphere that embraces the alpine environment. With ornate chandeliers, warm lighting, open fires, wood beam ceilings and two mezzanine levels for additional space. The Clubhouse has good acoustics; ideal for musical accompaniments to your event.
The Clubhouse seats up to 80 people inside plus there is additional space outside which seats another 70 people. Cocktail space inside the Clubhouse for 120 people.
