Trips, Enrichment fund and Trips, Enrichment fund and PSAPSA
• Please make £8 payments to the enrichment fund either by parentpay or sending in cash.
Enrichment Fund:Funds whole school , year group and class events that enrich and extend the curriculum.
Educational Visits PSA:Provide us with extras through fundraising events which are outside of school hours eg. Discos, Chirstmas and summer fairs, mothers day tray sale.

These rely on voluntary contributions from parent/ carers. Without these we cannot go ahead with planned visits. Financial support may be available on request.

StaffingStaffing• 1:12 ratio of school staff• School staff will include: Year 4
teachers, Mrs Clegg, SLT member• At Kilve – pupils will work in groups
of 12 with one member of Kilve staff and one member of our staff.
• 1:6 ratio
Sleeping Sleeping ArrangementsArrangements
• Based at Kilve in The New House and The Combes
• Sleeping in rooms of between 2 – 8 pupils.
• Will ask pupils and use our knowledge of pupils to decide room-mates and activity groups
• Staff will be on call all night and children will know where to go and get them
Medical IssuesMedical Issues• Will send out a medical form much
closer to the trip.• First aiders on our and Kilve staff• Will take any medication that children
are taking• Take the basics such a calpol – will
ring you if we need to administer• Home sickness – hopefully not!• We will call if we have any concerns.
