A Service Request Management:
It handles the entire operation process of a Service Request (SR) raised from users till the completion of the SR
Service Request Registration
1. User first logon to UMIS with user name and password.

2. Click “SRM” on the functional box, then chose to click “Create Service Request”

It is a logically single task to be executed by nominated party e.g. Contractor/Internal Team

1. Click into the left hand side functional box.
2. Click “SRM”, then click “Search Work Order”
3. Select your own preferred parameters e.g. time range
