Roommate Needed My name is Catherine Ballard and I’m in the class of 2020. I am currently in a 2 bedroom apartment in Colonial Grand at Trinity Commons Apartments (1140 Trinity Pine Lane, Raleigh, NC 27607) and I am looking for a female roommate beginning mid-June for the 2019/2020 class year. The pet limit has already been reached as I have 1 dog and 1 cat, so I would not be able to house anymore pets unfortunately. The available room has its own bathroom attached to it and the living room and kitchen/dining area are already furnished (bedroom is unfurnished). The apartment also has its own laundry room with washer and dryer and an unfurnished study room. Wifi and cable is currently set-up as well.
