• ACT will allow an extended break for lunch between the end of the MC tests and the beginning of the writing test.

• Decision is made school-wide, not individually or by classroom.• During the break all examinees must be constantly monitored by

school personnel for examinee conversations and any other means of sharing test content, including cell phone usage.

• Test booklet and answer document must be collected and securely stored during the break. Under no circumstances can these materials be left unattended or stored in the same location as the examinees during the break.

• The staff you choose to administer the ACT to your students must be current or retired school or district staff.

• You may not serve as Test Coordinator if any relative will test during Oklahoma State Testing.

• Coaches may not be Test Coordinator, but can serve as Room Supervisor.

• OSDE does NOT require two administrators in standard time test rooms, but a roving proctor is required.

• You should receive your initial shipment by Friday, 3/16.• If you add students, you will need to place an order for

their materials.• Instructions for this process can be found in the

PearsonAccessnext User Guide.

• If you are missing materials, call Test Administration immediately!

June 1.• FedEx has 3 days to pick up your materials. If they have not

• If Accommodated Makeup testing is needed-Call ACT to get new materials sent.

• You MUST get new test books for makeup. Do not use test books from April 3rd on the makeup test date.
