Free Text Feedback
• Age range may not be accurate due to using old form
• Repeating questions 13-17 for every patient is very time consuming
• Some patients were ambivalent about their safety in hospital, simply because
they did not want to be in hospital in the first place. A few of the patients
refused to engage in the discussion due to their current mental state.
• Q7 Self harm occurred before and after admission. Age group not necessarily
accurate as old form used.
