Dress Code for Induction CeremonyRequired Movement:Walking up the stairs onto the stage Standing on risers for 10 minutes or more.

Ladies: Safest option: pants and a nice top/blouse Skirts/Dresses: too short and/or too tight creates an awkward situation Keeping that in mind, we suggest going with a skirt that’s AT THE SHORTEST just below mid-thigh. Your heels shouldn’t be that high. Again, it’ll be difficult to walk up the stairs and onto the risers in very high heels. Please don’t wear flip flops.

Dress Code for Induction CeremonyRequired Movement:Walking up the stairs onto the stage Standing on risers for 10 minutes or more.

• Men: Wear a pair of nice pants or slacks and a button up shirt. Ties are not mandatory, but they’ll help you look classy. Wear dress shoes or non-gym shoes. Basically, dress like you’re going to a dance minus the suit coat.

Finally…

If you’re second guessing what you’re wearing, remember that your parents will probably show your elderly relatives these pictures. If you are not comfortable with them seeing what you’re wearing, don’t wear it.
