Our time is very limited so…

We need to have rules.

I have a lot of fun activities planned and we want to make sure we have

enough time to finish them.

Rule One

Be nice to the computers! Clean hands Don’t hit or bang on them Be gentle

Rule Two

Do not share personal information online.

Don't share passwords with other people.

Rule Three

Go only where the teacher sends you, and if you get lost, ask for help.

Rule Four

Always do your best work!

Rule Five

Learn and have fun!

Expected Behaviors In The

Technology Lab

When you come in the Lab:

1. Sanitize hands. 2. Go to your assigned computer.3. Don’t touch equipment until

instructed to do so.4. Listen for instructions.5. Sit quietly and be ready to get

started.

If you have a question or a problem:

1. Ask your neighbor first. (Help with your hands and not the mouse.)

2. Raise your hand.3. Wait patiently and try to use your

problem solving skills to figure out the problem.

R-E-S-P-E-C-T Respect the teacher!

Respect your neighbors. When headphones are ON, lips are OFF!

Respect the computers. Be gentle with mouse, keyboard, and headphones.

Dismissal: Lights out! Give me 5!

1. Save work/close all programs.2. Hang headphones on LEFT side of monitor.3. Straighten mouse/keyboard. Put

pencils/crayons in basket.4. Gather materials/trash.5. Line up quietly at door. Wait for

permission to leave.
