description

DAISEY: Discussions took place with DAISEY regarding details of the upload process – specifically about the ability to add the client number as the alternate ID in DAISEY – There is nothing in the import process that would link the DAISEY ID with the alternate ID – so our idea of having the client number as the alternate id and importing to DAISEY which would then tie to the DAISEY id will not work at this time.

with the alternate ID– so our idea of having the client number as the alternate id and

importing to DAISEY which would then tie to the DAISEY id will not work at this time.

•Reports were you cannot edit them due to them being created by an employee that was in Butler’s database

– Administrator go to the employee screen and make them active if not already– Create a new password for them– Log into NN using that employees new user name and password and remove the edit by only
