Listing Submission
• 24 hours excluding weekends, etc.• Non-MLS Listing (“office exclusive”)
– Listing not going in (subject to renegotiation)– Can be marketed
• Delayed Listing– Listing will be entered at some point– Listing can NOT be marketed

Coming Soon
• Requires exclusive listing agreement AND the seller’s permission (form) • Brokers may elect not to allow their agents to enter “Coming Soon” listings • May not be shown while “Coming Soon.” However, they may be advertised by the listing
office.• “Coming Soon” listing status only available to Participants and Subscribers. Not be included
in RETS feeds, not available on broker, agent, public or syndication websites, including MLSPINHomes.com. However, “Coming Soon” listings will be able to be manually emailed to customers.
• Days on Market (“DOM”) do not accrue while a listing is under the “Coming Soon” listing status.
• Must include an “Expected On-Market Date”. This is the date when the listing Participant or Subscriber expects the listing to be “Active”. Cannot exceed 21 days from the date the listing is “Filed” under the “Coming Soon” listing status. Automatically “NEW” on Expected On-Market Date.
Coming Soon
• Use of the “Coming Soon” listing status is limited to 21 days.
• Will be able to add virtual tours, photographs, and listing documents.
• All fields required for an “Active” listing will also be required when entering a “Coming Soon” listing.
• Listing Participants or Subscribers will have the ability to remove “Coming Soon” listings from view in their searches, much as they can now remove “Contingent” listings.
• If a listing is sold during the “Coming Soon” period, it may be recorded as “Sold” in Pinergy.
