Office Policies• Payment must be made

in full by the payment deadline (end of add/drop)

• Pay online with e-check (no fee) or credit card (no VISA)

• In person with cash or check

• Write Student ID (N#) on all checks

• Students should check their myWings & UNF email account at least once/week

• We communicate via email

• We cannot discuss student’s account with parent

• First money received will pay towards tuition

Florida Prepaid• Prepaid is automatic; no need to bring in your

card– We download the information from the Prepaid

database• Only if you DO NOT want us to bill—opt out

online• Based on the number of hours; will adjust

overnight if you add or drop a class• Does not pay all the fees even if you have the

local fee plan• We bill after the add/drop period; will take 2-3

weeks after that for the payment to arrive
