Two years ago

”För oss betyder det att alla aktörer i samhället bygger sin verksamhet på agila värderingar och är ledande inom sitt respektive område på agila arbetsmetoder och

förhållningssätt, oavsett om verksamheten är kommersiell, offentlig förvaltning eller

myndighetsutövning eller utförs ideellt av den s.k. tredje sektorn. Vi tror att en samsyn

kring att bygga verksamheter på agila värderingar och arbetsmetoder ger oss unika

möjligheter till samverkan mellan aktörerna i samhället. Vi tror att samtliga verksamheter

i samhället, oavsett om de bedrivs i kommersiellt syfte eller utan vinstintresse, är bättre,

mer konkurrenskraftiga och mer värdeskapande om de utförs enligt agila värderingar och

metoder. Och vi tror att det ledande agila samhället i världen är en utomordentligt

attraktiv plats att leva och verka på oavsett om man är född här eller inflyttad hit.
