Transfer / Sublimination
This full colour digital printing process uses four ink colours, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black (Key). Printing digital provides far greater brandingOpportunities, allowing for more innovative designs and logo styles. The process can be cheaper too as only one set up is required with a single ‘plate’ charge.
Transfer printing is the process ofprinting your designs onto a special,transferable vinyl material. The printedmaterial is then transferred onto theproduct using a commercial heat press. It enables full-colour images to beprinted very quickly.
Screen PrintingScreen printing is a printing techniquewhereby a mesh is used to transfer inkonto the product, except in areas madeimpermeable to the ink by a blockingstencil. Pad PrintPad printing (also called tampography)is a printing process that can transfer a2-D image onto a 3-D object. This isaccomplished using an indirect offsetprinting process that involves an imagebeing transferred from a silicone pad to the product. Pad printing is used forprinting on otherwise difficult to print on surfaces.
