S P A E T I Q U E T T EWe operate a calm and relaxing environment for all our guests and would ask all our clients to respect this by switching off all electronic devices.

Please use the lockers provided to store all valuable items. No responsibility will be taken by the spa for any items lost or stolen.

During your treatment, our therapist will use a blanket and towel covering technique to protect our client’s modesty.

Treatment and group bookings will be provided with a refreshment of choice on the day.

Robes and slippers will be provided for anyone receiving treatments or for those who have booked a thermal spa session.

T & C ’ S S A B A S E R E N I T YBooking is essential for all Spa facilities.

Persons 16 years and over permitted for treatments, however an adult must sign consultation forms for persons under the age of 18.

Please arrive 20 mins before your treatments to allow for changing and a consultation. Late arrival will result in loss of treatment time.

All bookings must be secured with a debit/credit card. Please inform us of cancellations before 48 hours. Less than this will result in a 50% charge of treatments booked and less than 24 hours will incur a full charge. Full payment required on arrival. Group bookings will be treated as one. Group bookings will require a 10% deposit if over 4 persons.

We operate a no refund policy.

During your consultation, or at the time of booking, you must inform us of any Conditions or illnesses, such as Pregnancy, thyroid or cancer treatments. Please inform us also of any allergies such as Iodine and Shellfish.Pregnant woman must be over 14 weeks to receive various treatments.
