SCHEDULE YOUR 6 LEADERSHIP INTERVIEW SHARING APPOINTMENTS WITH RUTHIE & YOUR 6 FRIENDS TO EARN YOUR PEARLS OF SHARING! Prior to first appointment create a written list of the adjectives that describe the women YOU want on your team & your “team name”!SCRIPT: Hi _____! I just started my new business with Mary Kay Cosmetics & I am SO passionate about it already & moving up into Leadership! My first assignment to move into leadership is to complete 10 leadership interviews with the 10 women that I admire most!
