Fourth Grade ThingsClasswork PoliciesAll classwork must be completed at school.

Classwork can be for practice or taken for a grade.

Grading Scale90-100% A80-89% B74-79% C70-73% DBelow 69% F

Homework should last for 90 minutes a night and should be budgeted in the following manner:15 minutes looking for the assignment11 minutes calling a friend for the assignment23 minutes explaining why the teacher is mean and just does not like children8 minutes in the bathroom10 minutes getting a snack7 minutes checking the TV guide6 minutes telling parents that the teacher never explained the assignment10 minutes sitting at the kitchen table waiting for Mom or Dad to do the assignment

Fourth Grade ThingsHomework PoliciesHomework will be listed in the planner.Homework should be completed and returned the following day.Parents should check and sign planners nightly.Homework will not be graded unless otherwise specified (projects).

Absence and Dismissal PolicyPlease send a note from home if there is an absence/tardy or change in dismissal.

Regular attendance is vital to your childs success in fourth grade.
