My Philosophiesabout Education

I hear and I forgotI see and I rememberI do and I understand

Failure is not an optionNon-participation is not acceptable

Give a man to fish and feed him for a day.Teach a man to fish andfeed him for life.

Those who work, learn.

“I can’t” stands for:

I

Completely

Admit I’m

Not

Trying

The workers and professionals of the world will soon be divided into two distinct groups; those who will control computers and those who will be controlled by computers. It would be best for you to be in the former group. ~Lewis D. Eigen~

#3Arrival• On time• Be logged on to your computer by the time I take attendance

at the bell• If you must use restroom ask Mrs. Awde before the bell rings

and then go and return quickly. Access to restroom during class will happen only in an absolute emergency.

Tardy• If you have this class first period, and you arrive to my room

after the 7:30 a.m. bell, go directly to the dean. You will not be allowed in without a late pass.

• After first period, if you are late: come here directly with a pass that excuses your tardiness. If you don’t have a pass, you will deal with consequences with me for the first three times, and after that, it goes to the dean.

your computer and be ready for instruction.• When I say that I am ready to begin and that

you should close anything else on the desktop. I mean everything and I mean now.

• Recycle any returned papers and clean up around your work area

• PUSH CHAIRS IN before leaving the roomo They are a fire hazard if not pushed in, as students can’t get

by them
