Education

Cumberland County CollegeCumberland County College, established in 1966, is a two-year, publiccommunity college located on a 100-acre campus. It was the first countycollege in New Jersey to open its own campus. Over the last five yearsmore than $10 million in capital improvements have been added to thecampus. The College offers over 90 career and transfer programs of studyto the nearly 4,000 students that attend each semester. CumberlandCounty College is accredited by the Commission on Higher Education ofthe Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools

Cumberland County Technical Education CenterThe new, full-time technical high school currently under construction will bring a new and expanded curriculum to both traditional and non-traditional students in the County. This $69.8 million state-of-the-artproject is located on the campus of Cumberland County College. This sitebrings the added advantage of other and complementary course curriculaand gets students acclimated to a more diverse and sophisticated academic environment. This new 21st century technical school will provide training for young people and adults.

Cumberland County College Arts & Innovation CenterThe County College’s Arts & Innovation Center will be situated in Millville’s downtown, in the heart of the Glasstown Arts District. This $6.4 million project will greatly expand the entrepreneurial resources and programs available to students and business.
