The natureThe region is situated on the swampy terrain. There are a lot of rivers and lakes. The moist part of the territory of the region is occupied by the forests and the woods. There are a lot of nature parks and reservations.

The peopleThe people are very polite and cautious. They protect everything that’s connected with their favorite region. They also are very kind, honest and educated.

St. Petersburg is the main of the regionThe main city of Leningrad region is St. Petersburg. It’s considered that it’s one of the most beautiful cities in the world. The city is especially beautiful at night when it’s shined by many different lights.

The famous White NightsIn the evening people go to the shores of the Neva river to admire the bridges. In summer you can see the famous White Nights there.
