Atidim is a privately held company, half of its stocks owned by the Tel Aviv Municipality, and the other half owned by Tel Aviv University.

The Company owns about 90 Acres
To date, the Company has establisehd 11 buildings in a total 123,000 square meter area which include a mall, an indoor parking lot and an energy center.
The property to be leased includes approximately 85,000 square meters.
The company is now building another tower that would include:
65,000 Square Meters, to lease
50,000 Square Meter underground parking, with approximately 1500 parking spots.

The complex includes approximately 100 lessees
The Company is holding building rights for 2 additional towers inter alia.
The latter include 17 and 25 stories, indoor underground parking and energy centers.
The newly approved building permits include additional land uses, such as: colleges, a business hotel, medical services and clinics.
The expansion of permissible business in the complex is to better Complex and Company value.
The new building permits would increase the total properties to be leased by the Company to an approximate total of about 360,000 Square Meters.

Currently, another tower is in the process of being build (Tower No. 8). The following have been completed by now: underground indoor parking (approx. 55,000 Square Meters), two commercial floors and a lobby. Construction of the structure skeleton is in its final phase, and the curtain walls have been commenced.Construction of the surrounding walls is to be over by the end of 2010.200 out of an expected 500 Million budget has already been put into the project.
