    • Please remember to send your child in with their backpack and folder.

    • Check your child’s schoolbag and folder every evening!

    • Call the office when:

    • Your child is sick. Also, send in a note when they return.

    • Your address, phone number, work number, or any other emergency information has changed

    • Be sure your child arrives to school on time:

    • 8:30am or 12:30pm

  • SWPBS School-wide Positive Behavior Support• 1, 2, 3 Magic

    A free reminder plus 3 warnings to follow the rules before a consequence

    is given (clip down/loss of privilege)

    • Clip chart

    A visual that helps students track their behavior. The emphasis is on

    motivating students to clip up for expected behaviors!

    • CUBS tickets/Paw prints

    Whole group and individual positive reinforcements for demonstrating the

    CUBS rules

    • Office Referral forms

    Documentation of multiple ‘clip down’ behaviors (minor) or a (major)

    behavior that is unsafe and requires an immediate response.

    Parents/guardians are asked to review the form and review the rules with

    your child.
