- All meetings welcoming & Inclusive- Biscuits & hot coffee available to all
- To encourage positive networking between members
- We aim to increase regular attendance of members by 25%
- We will aim to increase attendance by non-members by 50%
- Actively encourage businesses to attend meetings
- Regular Updates from IOSH before every presentation
- Greater Use of Social Media & Other Platforms- Ensuring our microsite is always current and accurate
- Regular Mailers to members
- Chiltern Branch Twitter
- Clearer Committee Structure- New people to deputise roles, commit to supporting branch work and
build a good foundation so regular tasks are proactively managed
- Create a new role of a mentor to guide members & encourage those
new to the profession
- Greater involvement of the committee at local events
