Investigo was established in 2003, initially specialising in the recruitment of Accountancy & Finance professionals.

Since then, our business has experienced phenomenal organic growth and we now recruit professionals across

Change Management, Compliance, Data Intelligence & Analytics, Human Resources, Procurement, Property &

Reward schemeOur reward scheme is simple and transparent and is designed to attract and retain the best recruiters in their

chosen area of expertise.

The Investigo Platinum Scheme enables interim consultants to earn up to 40% of their margin NFI and permanent

consultants to earn up to 45% of their NFI.

LTIP schemeOur Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) is designed to attract and retain individuals who understand how to grow

a profitable business and create real value. Investigo completed its first MBO in December 2013 and will

complete two more “events” between now and 2020/21. As an illustration, an individual who grows a team

and is delivering a profit of £500,000 at the time of the next “event” will receive Day One cash of £250,000

and the balance of £250,000 as loan stock.
